Welcome to SwapVid Ai! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwapVid Ai mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by us. By using SwapVid Ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law) to use SwapVid Ai. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Content

You may upload photos or other content ("User Content") to use SwapVid Ai’s AI features. You retain all rights to your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your User Content to operate and improve our services.

We will never use your content for training AI models unless you give us your explicit consent.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
• Use the app to generate misleading, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images are based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy and quality, SwapVid Ai makes no guarantees regarding the results. All generated content is provided “as-is.”

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to SwapVid Ai—including software, design, logos, and AI models—is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use this material except as authorized in these Terms.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your information.

We comply with applicable data protection laws including:

• GDPR (EU): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• CCPA (California): You have the right to know what personal data we collect, and to request deletion or opt-out from data sharing.

7. Subscription & Billing

Some features of SwapVid Ai may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the App Store. All billing terms, including renewals and cancellations, are subject to your platform’s policies (Apple App Store / Google Play).

8. Modifications and Termination

We may modify or discontinue SwapVid Ai or these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of significant changes. Your continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

SwapVid Ai is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or specific results from AI-generated outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwapVid Ai and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless otherwise required by local law.
